Opportunities From: Connecticut Forest & Park Association

Volunteer: Outreach Assistance with Public Events

Come Be a Voice for the Trails You Love!

We’re looking for volunteers to help us share CFPA’s mission at fun events around the state—like trail races, nature days, and more! This is a great chance to chat with fellow outdoor enthusiasts about the trails, forests, and educational programs that make Connecticut special.

Whether you’re a trail manager, education volunteer or new to CFPA, we’d love to have you join us. We'll provide all the booth materials you’ll need for easy setup, and we aim to have at least of two volunteers/staff members at each event to keep things lively and welcoming.

Not sure you’ve got enough experience? No problem! Just mention that in the “Notes” section when you sign up. We’re happy to offer tabling training or pair you with a seasoned volunteer so you can jump right in.

Let’s work together to inspire the next generation of nature lovers and get the word out about CFPA.
