Join CFPA for a work party to Help the Connecticut Woodlands Conservation Corps Replace the bridge south of the Sessions Woods Youth Camp by building the Gabion Baskets that will be filled with stone and used as the Abutments. This will require bending and cutting heavy gauge wire.
All tools provided. All skills welcome. Come prepared to get dirty and have fun. We will be working either in or just outside of the CFPA Workshop. There will be the option of using the fridge in the CFPA Community room. There will be a lunch break around 12 noon

Please bring water (even more than you think you'll need), snacks, bug spray, sunblock, lunch, work gloves, and Safety Glasses Be sure to wear long pants & closed-toe shoes, long sleeves are recommended.
Any PPE not brought can be provided
