Join CFPA to rebuild the bridge at Balance Rock Cascade on the blue blazed Tunxis Trail in East Hartland. Work will include moving decking and railing material for the new trail bridge. If there time decking the bridge may also take place. All skills welcome. Come prepared to get dirty and have fun. At times there may be uneven and steep terrain. There is a short hike into the worksite.
Please bring LOTS of water, snacks, bug spray, sun block, lunch, rain gear, work gloves, backpack to carry your gear, and any personal items you need to spend a few hours in the woods. Please be sure to wear long pants & sturdy closed-toe shoes. No pets please.
