Join CFPA to clear two over grown section Pequot Trail in Preston and/or Ledyard. Work will include cutting and clearing brush. The trail grows in quick in these locations so we will be cutting it 6-8 feet wide All tools provided. All skills welcome. Come prepared to get dirty and have fun. At times there may be n uneven and steep terrain.
Harleigh Seasonal CFPA Staff and the trail Manager will meet you at the parking area and take you to where the project work will begin.
Please bring LOTS of water, snacks, bug spray, sun block, lunch, rain gear, work gloves, backpack to carry your gear, and any personal items you need to spend a few hours in the woods. Please be sure to wear long pants & sturdy closed-toe shoes. No pets please.
